JOHN WALLACE

John Wallace, Chief Executive Officer, has 37 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  Mr. Wallace has owned private oil and gas companies and has been an executive officer in several public oil and gas companies.  Mr. Wallace has generated, negotiated, and closed over 33 acquisitions totaling more than $1.1 billion in invested capital.  Mr. Wallace was responsible for the drilling and completion of over 500 wells with a capital allocation of more than $100 million.  Mr. Wallace has supervised the construction, execution, and implementation of over $125 million in pipeline and treatment facilities.
Mr. Wallace is an acquisition specialist with extensive experience as an exploitation operator and development manager.  Mr. Wallace has a comprehensive background in operations, drilling, completion practices, reserve analysis, reserve forecasting, economics, and general financial analysis.  Mr. Wallace is a second-generation oil and gas executive with his father, Jim Wallace, who has experienced a very successful energy career for over 65 years.  Mr. Wallace received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, with honors, from Montana State University.  He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists.

CHRIS WEBB

Chris Webb, President, has over 30 years of professional waste stream recovery experience.  Mr. Webb founded Gold Coast Recycling as the managing partner and ultimately managed 110 employees.  Gold Coast Recycling was the first Material Recovery Facility in the state of California permitted after AB 939, a state law that required cities to recycle 25% of their waste stream. Mr. Webb negotiated the first recycling contract with the City of Ventura for $110 million dollars. To address the international market for the commodities created by Gold Coast Recycling, he founded Golden Fibers. Mr. Webb has also consulted with numerous Material Recovery Facilities across the country as an expert in facility equipment, design, management and efficiency to maximize quality and profit for his clientele. Mr. Webb is also Co-Founder of Global Alternatives LLC, a conversion technology company transforming waste to energy.
Mr. Webb’s areas of strength reside in his expert knowledge of the waste industry and his vision to see innovative and new solutions. This is further enhanced by his ability to understand the inside workings of complicated machinery and foster excellent rapport between workers and management with proven and profitable solutions.

ROGER OLIVER

Roger Oliver, Director of Facility Construction, has been in and around construction for over 35 years.  Mr. Oliver was Vice President  of operations for a San Diego based roofing and construction company by the age of 25.  Mr. Oliver has contracted and managed projects in scope from large commercial to residential including by not limited to design-build commercial corporate headquarters, multi-family post litigation restoration, commercial retail core & shell, out of state industrial, multiple tenant improvement and a multitude of residential remodels.
Mr. Oliver is an expert in the day to day management and execution of turn-key/lump sum contracting projects from design stage to certificate of occupancy.  He possesses the ability to relate with all types of design professionals, government officials and contract labor to take a project from the conceptual to an on-time and on-budget completion

Mr. Ciardiello is a career entrepreneur, executive, and principal investor in the infrastructure and energy industries with 20 years of experience across the whole energy value chain, including power, renewable energy, and oil and gas. He has extensive experience in early-stage, project-based companies, project development, and project finance. Matt has founded two energy companies:  TerraStor Energy Corporation, a developer of grid-scale energy storage projects utilizing compressed air energy storage technology, and Poplar Resources, an upstream oil and gas company focused on enhanced oil recovery. Earlier in his career, Matt held positions with Magellan Petroleum, Mubadala, Arcapita, and Compass Partners. He graduated from Harvard with an A.B. in Classics and is a CFA charter holder. He currently lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with his family and is active on several non-profit boards.

Mr. Harrison has over 30 years of experience in the industrial gas industry in a wide range of commercial and operations roles.  After 32 years with Union Carbide/Praxair/Linde, Tom was recruited to join Iwatani Corporation of America as the Senior Vice President of Industrial Gases. At ICA, he led the acquisition and integration of two companies, as well as oversaw all commercial activity within Iwatani’s hydrogen business, both on the sourcing and sales sides. Tom executed a hydrogen supply agreement for the Iwatani hydrogen refueling stations and successfully negotiated and executed over $200MM worth of hydrogen sales agreements. Tom also built out a trucking and logistics business in ICA that operated the largest fleet of 500-bar hydrogen tube trailers in the country. Tom earned a BS in Production and Operations Management at Susquehanna University in 1987.

Mr. Wallace is a career energy and industrial gas industry professional with over 30 years of experience in the oil, gas, and helium industries across their upstream, midstream, equipment, and service sectors. He has a strong track record in early-stage exploration, capital formation, and acquisitions and divestitures. Currently, Mr. Wallace serves as a partner at Twin Bridges LLC, where he focuses on early-stage natural resource development. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wallace served as a CPA with Deloitte & Touche. He holds a BA in accounting and finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from the University of Texas.

Mr. Keith is a seasoned executive and investor with nearly 25 years of financial and operational experience in large real estate and infrastructure projects. He currently serves as a Partner at Cawley Partners, investing in land in high growth areas with signficant infrastructure investment need. Previously, he served as CEO of Texas Central Partners (TCP), a private, Texas-based company that is developing a high-speed passenger railway that will connect Dallas and Houston. He also co-founded and served as chief investment officer of HKS Capital Advisors, a boutique investment advisory firm founded in 2011. HKS Capital Advisors provides investment advisory services and fund management expertise to high-net-worth investors with a focus on private enterprise transactions. Prior to HKS Capital Advisors, Mr. Keith had a 10-year career with RREEF/Deutsche Bank, a New York-based global alternative asset management firm, where he held various senior executive positions, including Global CEO of RREEF/Deutsche Bank Infrastructure Investments, and served on the firm’s Global Executive Committee. Previously, he was a partner of RREEF America LLC, prior to its acquisition by Deutsche Bank and served as CEO of Cabot Industrial Trust after he led its privatization on behalf of RREEF clients. Previous to RREEF, Mr. Keith served as an executive at Hunt Realty Investments where he helped found, grow, and sell Meridian Industrial Trust. Mr. Keith currently serves as a member of the Westmont College board of trustees, and was formerly chairman of Maher Terminals, USA board of directors and a member of Maher Terminals’ Canada board of directors. He also served on the board of Spark Infrastructure in Australia. Mr. Keith graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and business administration from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. He and his wife Susan reside in Dallas and have two children.
